He helped us prepare for market and advised us on how to make cosmetic improvements that produced the biggest bang for the buck. Because of his appraisal background he was able to advise us on the pricing decision. We received multiple offers and ended up with an appraisal issue. Jeff was able to work with the appraiser to help her bring in the appraisal at value.
